A pair of beers made to resemble British and French beers that would have been drunk at the time of the Battle of Waterloo. An English Porter called "Hougoumont" (5.1% abv) uses pale, dark and importantly brown malt to give an intense richness and depth. To contrast we have "La Belle Alliance" (5.1% abv) which is abière de garde or "keeping beer" as would have been brewed in farmhouses across Northern France.
