The Hog at Horsley has been getting fantastic feedback on the special Cob Roller we did just for them. The special ingredients were Lemon Verbena and Bay leaves and the result is something rather wonderful. A subtle lemon but a more profound herbal taste which is really satisfying. I've a feeling this is going to turn into a summer regular.
Lemon Verbena also features in the new Sly Saison which we expect to debut at the Red Lion at Cricklade's Summer Beer Festival next weekend (26th-28th June 2015). Testing it straight from the ferment - it's great - very Belgian.
